Not when done correctly. As GAF and Owens Corning certified installers, our repairs follow manufacturer specifications, which protects rather than voids your existing material warranty.

Can you repair a roof you didn’t originally install?

Yes — most of our repair calls are on roofs we didn’t install. We diagnose based on what’s actually on your roof today, regardless of who put it there.

What if the repair reveals a bigger problem underneath?

We show you what we find — photos, not just a verbal description — before doing any additional work beyond what you approved. If a full inspection makes more sense than a quick fix, we’ll say so.
