What To Have Ready When You Call

If you already know what you need, having a few details ready makes the call faster:

• Your address (or at least the city) so we can confirm we serve your area.
• Approximate age of the roof, if you know it.
• What’s prompting the call — storm damage, leak, age, real-estate transaction, or just due diligence.
• If there’s an active insurance claim, your claim number is helpful but not required.
• Photos of any visible damage, if you have them (you can text or email them after we connect).

• Whether your roof needs a full replacement, a targeted repair, or just monitoring.
• What a free on-site inspection looks like and what you’ll get from it (photos, written notes, estimate).
• If insurance is in play, how we typically handle adjuster meetings and documentation.
• A realistic timeline for inspection, written estimate, and installation — not a sales pitch.

A Note On Storm-Chasers

After a big hail event, you will see out-of-state crews going door to door across the Minneapolis metro. Some are legitimate; many are not. If anyone shows up unannounced, pressures you to sign a contract on the spot, asks you to assign your insurance claim to them, or won’t show you a Minnesota contractor’s license, close the door and call us instead. We will give you an honest second opinion at no charge.
